Intermittent snowfall is continuing in and around Skardu. Due to snowfall, ground connection of upper areas has been cut off. District administration should issue instructions not to travel towards upper areas.
Intermittent snowfall is continuing in all the four districts of Baltistan Division. Due to inclement weather, the flight between Skardu and Islamabad could not be operated even today. Due to possible landslides and avalanches in the upper areas, the district administration has issued instructions to avoid travel and a special response desk has been set up in the control room.
